Fee Structure

In principle, the following fees apply to our acquisition advisory services:

  • Initial Fee: Payable upon commencement of the engagement.

  • Monthly Retainer Fee: Charged on a monthly basis depending on the progress of the engagement.

  • Interim Fee: Payable upon achieving certain milestones during the engagement.

  • Success Fee: Payable upon the successful completion of the transaction, based on a pre-agreed percentage of the transaction value.

A detailed fee proposal will be provided based on the specific nature and scale of the engagement.

Post-M&A Business Development Support

Following the successful completion of an M&A transaction, we can continue to provide business development support by leveraging our network to help realize post-merger synergies and drive business growth.
