Fee Structure

Depending on the nature of the engagement, our fee structure falls into one of the following two categories:

Contingency fee type

Under this model, a fixed percentage (determined based on the specifics of the engagement) of the revenue generated from the business we support will be payable to us for as long as such revenue continues.

Performance-based type

We will provide a quotation based on the scope of the engagement. An initial fee is payable upon commencement of the engagement, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the services. Please note that the initial fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the transaction.
